After working in the banking and finance field for nearly 30 years, I had the opportunity to work in other industries, including insurance, logistics, manufacturing, and education. I learned about the MBA program while working in education. I finally decided to take part in this energetic program to share my experience with others and enjoy the learning atmosphere created by students and faculty. From UNI's program you can earn an accredited MBA from the U.S.A. within 1.5 years without stopping your career. The program helped me analyze problems from different angles, strengthened my negotiating power, and enriched my writing skills and abilities. Also, the Business Capstone Experience provided good, practical experience on running a business instead of just writing about it in a graduate dissertation. I really enjoyed learning from experienced faculty during the process, as well as from my many talented classmates. I made a lot of good friends in the program who work in different industries, and I can get advice from them in their areas of expertise. Overall, I became a person with more confidence and am prepared for any challenge ahead. I am proud to be a graduate of UNI's MBA program.
